« Prends ton élan, la danse fait le reste ! »

Sauts, portés, tours et élans… Viens exprimer ce que tu ressens à travers le mouvement ! Ce cours s'adresse aux ados et aux adultes, débutants comme danseurs confirmés, qui ont envie de bouger en musique et de laisser parler leur créativité. Tu travailleras la technique (placement, souplesse, équilibre, sauts et pirouettes) et tu apprendras des chorégraphies sur des musiques variées. Le cours laisse aussi une place à l'improvisation et à l'expression personnelle, pour que chacun trouve sa façon de danser. Au fil de l'année, tu gagneras en aisance, en confiance et en énergie, dans une ambiance motivante et bienveillante.
