Discipline, souplesse et maîtrise de soi… Découvre le Nin Jutsu, un art martial japonais traditionnel enseigné selon l'école Bujinkan. Les cours sont ouverts aux ados et aux adultes, débutants comme pratiquants confirmés, sans condition physique particulière. Avec [nom du professeur], tu apprendras le taijutsu, l'art d'utiliser son corps : déplacements, esquives, chutes et roulades, clés et techniques de dégagement. Plutôt que la force, le Nin Jutsu privilégie la fluidité, le placement et le bon moment pour agir. Au fil de ta progression, tu découvriras aussi le maniement d'armes traditionnelles en bois ou en mousse (bâton, sabre…), en toute sécurité. Ce travail développe la coordination, la souplesse, la confiance en soi et la concentration, dans un esprit de respect et d'entraide.
