Les cours s'adressent à tous les publics, du débutant au confirmé. Il me tient à cœur qu'ils se déroulent dans une ambiance conviviale, bienveillante et décontractée.

En Pilates, nous travaillons principalement les muscles de la posture et du maintien du corps : les muscles profonds du dos, les abdominaux ainsi que le diaphragme. Je complète la séance par un cours de renforcement musculaire général, avec un travail sur le bas du corps (cuisses, fessiers) et le haut du corps (dos, pectoraux, épaules, bras). J'y ajoute un peu de coordination, de stretching et d'équilibre.
